My Sonic Comic Project Cover

Working on a wee project for the benefit of my buddy, Kathy.  Just a comic book to cover the plot of the Sonic games: Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic CD, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles.

Some of my art work is pretty crappy in it, but I was getting practice as I went.  It's not supposed to be amazing, it's just to tell the stories, with some extra in it.  I've sort of put it from a view point of being the very beginning.  Robotnik's first attack and such.  (I know Sonic met Eggman under unknown circumstances at an earlier date, but I've set it as though Sonic 1 is the beginning of their battle)

I have finished writing and drawing the comic.  28 6-panel pages of plot, 4 chapter covers are behind the hard copy of this picture.  I'm now colouring in the pages with water colour pencils.  I dunno yet if I'll upload those pages.  It depends on whether you guys want them or not.

Two of the chapters are very short.  A lot of the pictures went wrong - mainly with Amy, but I care not.  (I'm actually not a fan of her.  You should hear the amount of bitching I do when I have to play as her in Sonic Adventure)

And if you've come across this picture from searching "Rose" and have no idea who any of these characters are, the pink one on the left is named "Amy Rose".  Just so you know, it's not completely random.

I did this picture on 28 January 2015 and it took me hours to do.  The paint I used for the cover is something called gouche.

Sonic belongs to Sega and Sonic Team.
